Bungie should be ashamed.
BOTH DLC packs are ALREADY ON THE DISK... CHECK THE XBOX STORE... The DLC file is only 9.5 MB- its just a key to unlock the content that was on the disk from day one!

2 RepliesI guess I'm missing your point - where was the explicit agreement that any and all content that ships with the game disc must be playable upon release? Any and all 'DLC content' currently on the game disc is wholly placeholder and was almost certainly included to reduce the network strain when the DLC is released because you'll already have most of the files on your console.
