Well that is true until a certain point. This would not be the first case where you buy a key with around 10 mb or so and it just unlocks content which already where on the disc. Example? Capcom. They did this severall times and there are other examples for that. If they do the same this time at least I will not just take it as it is. At least in Germany there are institutions that protect customers and I will inform them.

Battlefield 4, launched with DLC's actually finished. Battlefield 3, launched with them almost all completed. Skyrim, actually launched with several of them FINISHED. This isn't a customer protection issue...This is how the industry itself, works now. Look at Borderlands 2...Launched with COMPLETED content on the disc. Again, how the industry NOW works. There is no customer protection to be had because this IS how it is. If you don't like it -- Stop buying games...It really is that simple.

BF already has a good amount of content on its release. When they offer more for additional money I have no problem with that. But BF has also much more to offer than Destiny has. So now show us some proofs that the dlcs where finished. Your just saying that it was the case but give us something that really proofs your words!

Erm, no. It's story mode was beatable in under an hour -- The rest was multiplayer. Sound familiar? Yet you'll QQ about Destiny all day long and no hate for EA who actually started this trend. Time to use your google-fu and stop whining @ Bungie.
-
Stop acting as if you know bungie, defending them as if best friends, it's cringe worthy, they don't give two shits about you pal
-
Neither does anyone else in this industry!!!!!! Go picket EA for starting this...Not Bungie for doing it after everyone else does. You put Bungie on a pedestal...That's it!!! LOL Meanwhile EA does worse and it's OKAY by you!!!! Same with Irrational Games!!! 2K!!!! Bungie does it DIEEEEEE!!!! Hypocrites.

I know google for a long time so stop making you strange suggestion. Story beatable in under an hour? Well I am a good player but speedruns are not really playing the game. If this would count as playing than none of the PC games would have much contenct. I could quickly open the console port to the last lvl and yea thats it. I made it in less than 1 min. They way how you write... you are not playing games that long am I right?

Was Alpha/Beta for Everquest 1. Been playing MMO's for almost 18 years. The way how I write? You mean, grammatically correct? Simple facts are very simple in this case. Bungie launched Destiny with the CODE available on the disc. That code is not finished code. It's simply the base for later content that you WILL have to download. This is true of the INDUSTRY in and of, itself. Metro, Skyrim, Injustice, GTA, Battlefield...I could honestly do this all day! Why? Because we as gamers supported the trend until it became mainstream...Period. We're our own worst enemy. Skyrim DID have base content available on the day 1 disc. Battlefield: Same. Metro: Same. There is NOT a recent release where day 1 content in at least it's code form, has not been on the disc. - That's just a cold hard fact. If you don't like this trend, stop supporting it but, again, whining on a forum that "Bungie" apparently cut content, when 1) They didn't and 2) This is now how the industry functions -- Is completely and utterly absurd, idiotic, stupid and hypocritical. I don't see any of you complaining @ EA. I don't see any of you banging on their doors about day 1 DLC premium content available only if you pay...But, I do see you complaining here. Perhaps it's time to address the root of the problem as opposed to your next game fad?
