That is so completely wrong. They had to have time to create the make the story to tell us what all is going on, write the scripts for all the voice actors, get the actors, record them and put all that together. That CANNOT take "hours". Just brainstorming alone on the actual story would take them weeks if not months. And getting the voice actors would definitely take months.
