While I agree, chances are even if he could actually enter those zones the game is hosted server side. They likely have programs waiting to ban or kick people who enter those areas. Assuming they even have that content actually running and available on the server. So it would be nearly impossible to prove without Bungie just being blatantly negligent to the possibility that people might crack the game.
