I'm okay with it in this instance. Instances where developers include finished content prior to release is not. Destiny, however, has been advertised as a constantly growing, living world they the developers are going to continue to enrich perpetually. Some of that work will require more consumer provided funding. For this specific product, if you are complaining about the future development and the cost of some of it then you're an uniformed consumer that didn't care to pay attention to the publicized intentions Bungie had from the start. Don't be an uninformed consumer and then complain about what was clearly the developers intent to begin with.
