How do you know this is actually on the disc... this could have been patched in so that the devs could test the DLC's compatability with the existing world. Do you think the patches are only added material for you? Patches also include things to help the devs make the game better. How do you think they test the new stuff they are projected to put out... of course by patching it in. Did you think that the DLC was really only the 9 mb that you download when you purchase it? Of course not the majority of the DLC is patched into your game, what you pay for is a 9mb unlock.
