I blame Activision, not Bungie. We all knew that going with Activision would result money schemes and blocked content. What probably happened was that all this content was originally in the game but then was divided up by order of Activision to spread out the game's life. Marty being fired was probably Activision to. There is no way Bungie would chop off their own head like that. They have been working on this since ODST as evidence in ODST with the Destiny Awaits posters. Almost 8 years in progress. There is no reason they had to cut content due to time restraints. Activision are the ones at fault.
