If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times...
Bungie wasn't forced to sign with activision. They chose to and knew exactly what activision would do because it was in their publishing contract.
So bungie is 100% at fault. Nobody forced them to sign with activision. They could have self published or gone with one of the thousands of publishers out there. But they wanted lots of money.

It's a standard publishing contract dude. It's actually just standard contract law. Especially for a public company like activision. Just so you can read the contract yourself.
