  • If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times... Bungie wasn't forced to sign with activision. They chose to and knew exactly what activision would do because it was in their publishing contract. So bungie is 100% at fault. Nobody forced them to sign with activision. They could have self published or gone with one of the thousands of publishers out there. But they wanted lots of money.

    Yes they did. They signed a contract that states what would happen and how things would go and how they needed to develop the game. It's a standard publishing contract dude. It's actually just standard contract law. Especially for a public company like activision. Just so you can read the contract yourself.
