Trust me, Id be very upset if what many here are saying was true.
I have more faith in Bungie than that, however. Of the two options, I think its more likely that they created placeholders on the map rather than content on a disc.
Id gladly love to see video of someone in a DLC strike or Raid. Oh wait... You wont.

They can't "enter" the strike or raid. But they can access the areas those strikes and Raids take place. There are videos of it already man.
