Why are you blaming the developer? These are decisions made by the publisher. If EA had published the game, everyone would be jumping on the bandwagon and cry about "the worst company in America". But no, it's Activision, and company that is almost as large as EA, and apparently made of teflon because all the blame slips on them and on to the Bungie, who are the guys just trying to make a game that people enjoy.
