This wouldn't be considered cut content, due to the fact that they released an announcement before the retail copy of Destiny hit store shelves stating they would be releasing DLC's that add on to the Destiny experience. You get the expansion pass in the Collectors Edition of Destiny, and you had the option to pre-order both the game & the expansion pass if you pre-ordered @ Gamestop. Also, did you ever stop and think that maybe they added the destination gateways within orbit to prepare for the expansion pass release? Making posts like this just give people something to bitch about on the forums.
