Developers do stuff like this quite a bit (Skyrim had a ton of cut content and reused assets in its DLC). That said, there's no guarantee that the content shipped with the game. Those could be placeholders. [u]They could also have been added by a recent patch (we've had, what, two so far?) in preparation for the DLCs.[/u] Honestly, I don't care. I spent $60 on the game and I don't mind spending $30 or more on DLC. If I did, like so many of you claim you do, I wouldn't still be using these forums or playing the game.
