Actually it's the exact opposite of fair and it makes people stop playing very quickly. You could literally set your controller down for a whole match and still have the exact same chance of getting an exotic weapon (possibly even a better chance) and that's called BULLSHIT. If you're not even there playing the game, why should you get anything at all?
