I don't think it'll make it easier to get legendaries, just more consistent. They might lower the legendary drop rate straight up, you know, which would be fair. They take a shit ton of time to level, anyway :P

Well if they lower the rate it drops than that would be fine but more complaints will happen. I get 3 to 5 legendary engrams a day. RNGesus had been on my side recently about getting drops. I enjoy the fact that it's not going to be legendary. I've only got two legendary weapons in my 60 hours of game time.
