Oh god no, are you kidding me? Matchmaking would be terrible for that, espically right now with no game chat support with randoms. Plus, randoms are just that, random. Your either getting a good, terrible, badass player or a troll. With something like the raid that requires constant communication and teamwork, I would not want to play that with randoms hoping that they are decent and can communicate. It's much better this way.
