Today I'm here to share my ideas with bungie and the bungie community! As you can tell by the title it's about Destiny Damage ideas! These could be added in with an expansion or just a plain update! Whatever is comfortable for you bungie! I really only have 3 idea for damage. ;( Damage idea 1: Dark Damage: This type of damage is kinda like the wizard bomb. Don't you remember? When you were under than wizard shooting at him and then your screen turned a shade of black and were continuing to get and hurt you were having a type of slowness affect in a dome like object? Well that's what this is! Say you wield a new weapon called the Dead Magician (just came up with that :)) and you shoot at someone. If there in the air, these shots will automatically pull them to the ground. It would add a slowness affect but it will prevent jumpers! Also it will add a type of poison affect that lasts for around 2-3 seconds. Damage idea 2: Mechanical Damage: This type of damage is bound to exotic weapons will add tiers to exotic weapons. This would tier 3 out of 5 type damage will increases the damage dealt significantly. Rather than having up to 300 damage (or more) is would be up to 450. This type of damage will also ground bound air born guardians and add a slowness affect but no over time damage. And just to make it a little more fair, any weapon with mech. damage will be pulse rifle and can be upgraded to auto rifle (or any other type of weapon but may only be changed once! So choose carefully!). I'll now show my statistics of these drops in strikes, crucible, or heroic missions. *Note: Current exotics or tier 1 statistics are not 100% accurate so this chart could be wrong Ex: Tier 1 could be 1/50 so you'd do everything according from there.
