That may be true but the odds do not seem flat across the board

I don't see how that proves a thing, other then a RNG with modifiers. Exotics have x%, maybe even some exotics have a higher %, same with legendaries, maybe "base" legendaries have a higher % to drop, or be decrypted, but it isn't based off of your play style.

No I agree that seemed a bit far fetched. I'm sure there are modifiers at work I just wish it would be explained clearly
