at least vanguard and crucible can be obtained different ways/any time. This queen thing was already a mess waiting to happen when they said new missions and just threw the same missions with an "epic" modifier on them, however the gear also sucks from those missions. I thought maybe it'd be cool if they give something for hitting level 3 for queen, much like EVERYTHING else... but maybe there won't be enough bounties to go around to get such an item... maybe there is, who knows... bungie doesn't...
