What they need to do is make forum descriptions that outright tell you what to post there. Literally have #Gaming say "All non-Destiny games." That or they need to make a pop-up or notification of some kind that explains the forums to new users. Seems like a silly/trivial thing to do, but the new posters obviously are not figuring it out on their own. And if that doesn't work, then they should have some kind of lenient punishment system for posting the wrong topic in the wrong forum.
