I agree with alot on this list.Few issues i have. Engrams dont really need to "decode" to the same color how else am i going to get my exotic? Shotgun needs a few "affixes" cut from it like less spread getting paired with increased range with aim down sight nothing like getting killed a mile down that hallway he is camping. Def need a increase on mission rewards on patrol!would love to see green engrams i could decode! WANT! to see more scout rifle and pulse rifle play in crucible All in all a really good post bungie i hope looks at it!

Yeah but with how up to date these guys are keeping the game.Man power on a whole new loot table would be kinda a bitch.Would much rather have a gamble on a purp engram then not get new content every week.

I'm assuming you don't have a coding background. It would take less than 2-3 minutes to change the way engrams function. All it is is changing an, in pseudocode (if randomnumber(100) <= 60) engram = blue To engram = purple and doing the same countermathematics to the drop rate. It's a SUPER easy fix. :]
