I may not be the best to answer because I'm pretty damn lazy myself, but if you go for about a mile walk each day that may help a bit. Also what works for me a bit when I get on small exercising spurts is doing sit ups, planks, and leg lifts in the morning and at night. Just doing that small amount of stuff typically makes me feel better and less lazy.

I walk about a mile to school each day. I will start doing some basic calisthenics again. In a panic last night after seeing my weight for the first time, I tried doing some push-ups. ...I got more than five. Let's just leave it at that.

Don't worry about it and just keep it up. Just don't be like me an lose motivation after a few weeks. :)
