Seriously I feel like Titans are the strongest. They soak up bullets and I find myself having to Melee them up to three times to get the kill! Meanwhile they just melee me once and I'm dead as a hunter using blink strike. smh. Oh, and lets not forget Fists Of Havoc. These guys are clearly descendants of Bruce Banner...
