It's not a regular melle because you have to use a perk slot and a sprint for it to work. I know what scorch does I have Sunsiger fully capped. It does not kill with one melle even with the perk that you ignite for more damage if they have the armor attribute up.
The only way to OHK with scorch is if you use your super.
