I say they are pretty balanced, the only thing that is Op atm is the Hunters and their crazy knife skills, that crap is terrifying. Makes the poor ol Titans and Warlocks cry.
But really the lack of Titans online is kinda odd..

They really dont, titans are best for PVE while the others seem more PVP focused.
