I've tried Crucible over and over. My friends tell me it's fun, and that you have to get use to it, but they're playing as Warlocks and Hunters. I'm constantly being wrecked by players, that are mostly Hunters and Warlocks. Even thinking about it, I don't really see that many Titans in the Crucible. The Titan abilities seem to only really work in defense, even the Striker Subclass. Is any other Titan just getting destroyed out there? I'm good at games like Halo and Battlefield, and I'll admit, I'm not great at Crucible, but this is out of control! Does anyone feel the same? Are Titans a weaker PvP class?

Youre just worse then you think.
-
Titans are one of the most op classes
-
I think you're just bad...
-
There the worst
-
Naw. Shoulder charge dabes.
-
-
I think Titan takes more map knowledge and getting used to. It's my least used class. Warlock is most fun but special can be annoying if it catches something sling the way. Hunter is the OG of the crucible. Stacked weapon perks, multiple one hitter quitters or assassin creed/Jedi mode. No brainer.
-
Nah.. You're just not that good
-
Just wait until you face a team of Titans charging at you with shotguns, charging shields and shoulder charges. Titans are the kings of skirmish and salvage, too. I love my titan.
-
I have a Hunter an Titan, I use my Titan strictly for PVP (IB Rank 3 with gear) so your either not use to PVP in this game or Titans just don't fit your personal play style in PVP. Try another class an see if that works for you. Titans do move the slowest out of all the characters.
-
Depends on play style, I like Titan in crucible. Every class has a distinct play style. Titans can be a great control capture class, or a bunker busting shoulder slamming make little kids cry, nerf calling juggernaut :) Titans are very linear in their power movements, their jump isn't the worst (cough warlocks) but its still clunky compared to the agile hunter.... just like any class, pay close attention to your build and use your build strengths to the max
-
I have not played a titan but from my experience facing them in PvP they are a good glass to pick, granted your supers are close range as compared to warlocks nova bomb and hunters gunslinger, but dude, you can ground pound the living -blam- of anything below you, also the defender is a great super lure espicaly in control and enemies watch as you take their control point while you wait inside with a nice shotgun
-
Titans are by far the weakest class. Unlike Hunters/Warlocks, we don't have a long (relatively) ranged super, we can't do crazy stuff like go invisible or self revive, we only have one (Magnetic) decent grenade, shoulder charge is very easily avoidable by any half decent player, and our flight is much more predictable than Blink or whatnot. Also, I'd like to tell ya'll of a Crucible experience. Hunter comes up. I thunder punch her face. She pops arc blade. My thunder punch resets thanks to my talent and I Storm Fist her again. This merely drops her shield and she one shots me. How is that fair?

A good titan can beat anything. Nades are hard to use but really deadly.
-
Titans are PvE, Warlocks are PvE and PvP Hunters are PvP
-
Shotgun + blue glowing fist of fury = not so metaphorical 1-2 punch for every kill Good luck and see you in the crucible
-
It's all depends on your playstyle. If you like running around kicking some locks and huntrs here and there and spontaniously slam the ground and kill whole team then titan is your class for pvp ;)
-
The Titan grenades suck, but besides that they're pretty good.
-
Dude you should try other classes. I play crucible a lot as a hunter and believe me Titans always get me. You guys have a one shot melee, one shot grenade (hunter grenade sucks) and a super that can stop an annoying blade dancer. i'm not saying The titan class is OP but with the right strategy they can be very effective. And I can't count how many times the titan bubble saved mu sorry ass escaping near death.
-
You just suck
-
Each class is good in its own way it just use shoulder charge
-
U're worse
-
I have all classes and my kd is close with all of them. Why not try another character and see if you like it? I started as a hunter. Then titan. Then warlock. And I found out that the hunter was my least favorite and the warlock is my favorite.
-
The titans are overall the most balanced when looking at the roles their subclasses take. Defenders are the worst in pvp while super strong in high level pve. The striker wrecks on small to medium sized maps and when sticking to the correct routes on large maps given they have the shoulder charge. Nothing is more satisfying than landing that glorious captain falcon style knee with air shoulder charge.
-
You just suck.

I'm a lvl 29 warlock and most times i do well online, Iv made a Titan now lvl 15 and I was owning in the last 4 matches , it's really skill that's the key. I'm not sure what your style of play is,but maybe take a look at trying a different style. Take your time and aim for head is the biggest advice you can take.
