We are not ok with this Bungie.....

Seriously Bungie? Do we really have to go on a rant about how absurd this "Noah's ark of error codes" is? Clearly this is not just a university problem, yet we've only gotten ONE lousy message from you guys saying you even hear our complaint. We can't even get daily updates as to IF there will even be a fix? At least man up and acknowledge you guys messed up something, that's usually what most decent companies do....but alas, all we get from you is silence. THIS IS NOT OK. Sounds stupid that I have to put it all in caps right? It sure is. Almost as stupid as making your customers beg you to let them know if they will ever be able to play this game or not. Listen Bungie, we want to know two things: 1. Simply to know IF there will be a fix and, if so, a time table. Stop leaving us in the dark guys that's just disrespectful to your customers. Were willing to work with you guys but not if we don't know what going on! 2. If there will not be a fix, please outline how we can go about a full refund from you, as you surely cannot expect us to keep a game that has a game crashing error. Not allowing us to refund would surely be considered false advertisement, as there are no specifics on the box showing specific internet/router requirements. Come on guys, we need to hear something from you. Many of us are huge Halo fans, and sad to say the way this is being handled is making most of us lose our faith.

  • It's pretty clear there are widespread problems with this game and it has nothing to do with internet speeds or the router. I have checked everything that Bungie have asked in their help guide for these errors and my router was already setup perfectly fine. The game worked flawlessly for me in the beta and I played it a lot so why now would it be mine and a lot of other people's fault it's now not working? More and more people are coming across this problem I know. Some of my friends played the first few days perfectly fine and now they are finding themselves getting disconnected from games with the bee error. Fair enough Bungie need time to sort this out but I haven't seen one proper official statement regarding this. Just talk about the centipede/university problems but me and my friends are getting bee. This is a widespread problem and people like myself have paid a lot of money for this. Hell plenty of people bought their new console for this game. People posting in the thread saying "I have no problem" well great have fun and I hope it doesn't come and bite you in the ass at any point. Go enjoy your game but it's important for Bungie to know how many people are having problems now. This game being a new IP is no excuse at all. All we have heard is how this game has been made by the "team that brought you Halo" "the publishers that brought you Call Of Duty". I know one thing for sure Halo never gave anyone these type of problems and when it's released on XB1 on dedicated MS servers it will not be doing this sort of thing. Ditto Call Of Duty. Get it fixed or refund people it's as simple as that. No business can go on the way Bungie are right now. You can't sell a broken game to millions of people and pretty much ignore the complaints they are getting. They should have released an official press release to the media by now stating they realise there are numerous problems with the game. Truth is they are too scared to put anyone off buying it.
