Tips for Leveling Character/Weapons/Armor
Bounties (vanguard or crucibal) seem to be the quickest way to get XP. Pick and choose bounties that you can complete in a single area. When you turn in any bounties, the XP received from those bounties also apply to your weapons/armor skill unlocks. So before you turn in a bounty, make sure you equip any gear that needs leveling before you receive your bounty reward.
