I Loved Halo 2's system! Not only did it give you bragging rights, but it made sure you played against people that were just as good as you were.

Edited by Strudel: 9/11/2014 8:44:29 PMDouble that agreement. Reaching goals and having those bragging rights is always an awesome incentive to play! It was always a big deal whenever I would play with a rank 50 -- and whenever I reached that rank it was the best feeling ever.

could not agree more. I was a kid back then but holding a level 21 too time and skill. it made the game incredibly competitive and kept me coming back for more.
