I'm also missing all. Even the one from the stress test of the beta. So i think some things are bugged. The only one i got right now is the one from joining the beta. I do have linked all the halo games and they show up on my profile. So at least i should have unlocked those. The vanguard and sparrow unlock i unlocked by code didn't work either. Vanguard didnt have them for me. :(
