In which after hundreds of comments - the[b] Overlord of Bungie.net Achronos [/b]- responded and answered our questions.
However
I am [b]EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED[/b] to announce that I got exactly
[b]ZERO[/b]
of the emblems I earned.
I know Achronos said theres nothing they can do about missing Shield emblems, but having
[b]ALL MY EMBLEMS MISSING[/b]
is simply unacceptable.
[b]-UPDATE-[/b] You may have gotten[b] Inner Circle[/b]. This is part of the limited edition. YOU PAID FOR IT. It is not [b]Inner Chamber[/b], one of the Veteran emblems.

My Bungie.net account that would get a couple of these is linked to my joke account that I never used, so I wouldn't even be able to use these. And the only one that looks good to me there is the Legendary status one.

I'm pretty sure I was supposed to get inner chamber and mythic, it might be because my gamer tag changed? I'm not sure though

1 ReplyI noticed on my bungie profile that when I now scroll to the bottom of the page there is a Legendary Status section below my Titan information. This shows all the Halo games I played, even my Halo 2 online stats from 2006 I think it was. So I am sure my emblems will be coming, but like many people I do not have them yet.

I turned off my console and a couple of hours later Tess had my Shield of Heroes in Special Orders.

1 ReplyJudging by how Pathfinder is now unlocking for everybody (including me) so it seems Bungie is working on this, or is rolling the out. Inner Chamber has not unlocked for me and many others, but I imagine we will all see it unlock in the near future.

Either they are completely empty platitudes, or Bungie actually stands behind the meaning inherent in those words. Got it, ultimately these are just some silly emblems in a video game...but Bungie is selling more than just a video game. As they themselves point out above, they are attempting to sell us an entire mythos, not just in the form of Destiny, but in the company of Bungie itself. And they are absolutely correct that when people share common experience, that a culture and history emerges. Ultimately, the question is simple: does Bungie want part of our shared history to include a broken contract with its most loyal troops, or will they prove to us that our loyalty was not misplaced? Also on halo reach, i have the "HALO" nameplate.. You needed to have a unused halo 1 pc key and have played halo 2, Halo 3 and maybe odst if i remember correctly. And still no Inner Chamber? Come on :/

Pathfinder arrived but Inner Chamber is missing. I received all of my legacy emblems today! Just give it some time and they'll appear. I didn't get the Mythic emblem though because I was demoted to Legendary before the archive. Oh well, atleast I got the rest of them.

Edited by Orion5524: 9/10/2014 5:06:52 AMI am missing my 'Inner Chamber' emblem (I did change my gamertag within the last year from 'SoybeanCatfishX' to 'ToMendAndDefend'), which should have Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach, and Marathon all accountable. I don't know if it's reading off of the gamer tag itself, but I have the same XBOX account linked onto my BNET for a good while. Searching for my old gamertag pops up stats for Halo 2, 3, and ODST on Halo.Bungie.net, so i'm not sure why i'm not getting it. It's the only emblem I really care about getting since i've been a big Bungie fan since Halo:CE, and it's sad to be missing out on an emblem that shows your devotion to your favorite video game developers.
