What's the max level cap after 20 (the xp cap) what's the cap with light

You level to 20 in the normal fashion. After 20 it is based on the gear you wear and motes of light. That means if you take of high-light gear, the level will go back down to 20... Conclusion: I have no idea

Nothing on that is confirmed, if anything there isn't a cap, but at the moment, it most likely would be 30 with a full set of legendary and exotic gear from the VoG raid.
