Before I buy that 150$ bundle I want to ask some questions. I haven't seen any examples of these yet so that's why I'm asking them here.
1. Does kinect have gesture typing? Let's say if I put my hand up to the kinect while the keyboard is displayed, will I be able to type each key with a cursor that I'm moving with my hand?
2. Does kinect have voice typing? Let's say I spell a sentence while the keyboard is displayed again, can I say L o l will I have lol in my text box?
3. Does kinect have an option to avoid my TV stereo? Let's say I'm in a party chat and I have my kinect as my microphone. Will all my friends have to deal with the echo or does kinect have an advanced way to mute my audio except for my voice?
4. I don't really get this but can kinect detect my controller? It has an IR sensor and I only know so much about my controller. When I was watching a dead rising 3 walkthrough I remember a zombie grabbed him and it said shake the controller. Is this real?
5. What happens when there are more than 6 players synced to the Xbox with face data? Does it only pay attention to the 6 first users or it just gives you an error message?
Other than that kinect is one cool piece of hardware. Its even used in hospitals and other medical fields! And what's even more exciting is for Christmas I get a new downstairs flatscreen for the living room. I can Skype my friends while I play games and so much more! It'd help if you guys could answer my questions that'd help alot thanks.
1.no
2. Only on bing/web browsing to an address
3. IDK(probably no like K 1.0), but when your console comes with a basic chatset(like 360 but slightly more advanced), there is no need to go full pleb.
4. Yes. They went from the 360's rf frequencies to IR blasters in the controller.
5. IDK.
It can scan QR codes for fast/easy downloads.
