It would seem, for the most part, that they will simply upgrade your Grimoire cards. The only items you "may" get extra are the weapons, but that still may just be the upgrade the cards.

Thanks for the video, I hope then that my weapons are upgraded then on day one, cause I got all the cards already that I can redeem.

This may end up being a common drop off a specific mission, and the card could upgrade it [b]OR[/b] we could be getting the item. I tend to think it will be an upgrade...
