Someone please elaborate these questions;
"It is rather difficult to excite you." Are we going skydiving? Are we playing video games? Are we watching a new film? Are we getting pizza? What is commonly accepted as exciting? Conditional. "You often feel as if you have to defend your principles and ideas." This one confuses me. When do I need to defend my principles and ideas? What principles? What ideas? This depends on the subject of the conversation. Conditional. "You do not mind being at the center of attention." That depends on who is watching me. Am I with a small group of well-known friends or hundreds of strangers? Conditional. "You want your work to reflect how you feel instead of just meeting some objective standards." That depends on the work. Am I making a video game, writing a story, or cleaning the dishes? Conditional. "An interesting book or a video game are often better than a social event." Does the social event involve video games? I don't read books. I love video games. Conditional, with neutralized answers. Assuming the book and/or video game are simply objects provided by the question to suggest that I would rather do my own things than go to a social event, the question is still conditional. Assuming 'social event' implies partying and/or going out and drinking then no. Conditional. "You often overthink your tasks or projects." 'Overthink':think about (something) too much or for too long. That depends on the idea. Does the idea need strong consideration before beginning, or can I jump straight into it if it's a small task? Conditional. Depends on the task or project.

"It does not take you much time to start getting involved in social activities at your new workplace." That depends on the activities. Conditional. "You would rather do something in your own way than copy other people’s methods, even if they are shown to work." I presume 'they' means the other people's methods. If yes, then no. If my own way is shown to work, then yes. I'm going to assume 'they' means the other people's methods and answer with no. "You can quickly remember important facts and events (e.g. birthdays)." Not birthdays. I don't care about birthdays. This depends on the facts and events. Conditional. "You often stick to your ideals, even when your mind tells you to go in a different direction." 'Ideals': a standard or principle to be aimed at. I often stick to my standards, even when I think I should do something differently? If I'm sticking to my standards, then I'm thinking of doing my standards. How can I think of sticking to my standards AND think of going in a different direction? I can't understand this question. Neutral answer. "You would rather work in a team than alone." That heavily depends on the other team members. Are they incompetent or not? Conditional.
"You always try to imagine the full picture before looking at individual facts." Both matter to me. A flying car sounds cool, but think of the air traffic implications. Neutral. "You cannot stand chaos." Not complete chaos. Some disorder is vital to mutations that can provide an evolutionary advantage. Answer is mild yes. "If the room is full, you stay closer to the walls, avoiding the center." That depends on the purpose of the room. Where can you sit down? Where is the food? Where is the entertainment? At the sides or in the middle? Seriously conditional. "You think that there is nothing wrong in bending or breaking some rules if the situation calls for that." Are we talking about laws, or being unorthodox? Conditional.
