Bungie and Virtual Reality
With Sony and Oculus chopping away at making a mainstream virtual reality component to gaming, I'm sure Bungie has taken at least a glance at what they're accomplishing. Sure would be awesome to see Destiny make it to a VR setup within the next decade. Long term goals there, but here's hoping. Has anyone else been following this?

Quality game first - gimmicks second. Wait until the technology is proven and development techniques have been refined.

On one hand, VR would be cool. On the other hand it might just be another gimmick. As long as it isn't gimmicky I would prolly enjoy it. I hate gimmicks. I don't think of Oculus Rift as VR. Not without a good enough controller. There is a TED Talk by Tan Le about a headset that can read your brainwaves. It is a must see as it looks to be the best controller we could ask for. In the future it might even end up like Sword Art Online's VR system minus the brainsplosions.
