Screw that I don't want to be locked into hand cannon. I use scout rifles you take the cannon. Equality for all specs all guns

The bonus handling would hardly be noticeable. It's only there as an excuse of sorts to even bother with these misfit weapons. Let's say you get bored of only using Auto rifles - not including special and heavy weapons - and would like a reason to even remotely consider using something else. Well here's that reason. It's not game breaking, but it makes them not completely worthless. Handcannons got an extra bullet... people still won't consider it in a competitive environment, much less for raids or strikes even.

Yea I hear that, but even if you put in these miniscule side affects people won't use them if they don't like the gun's. I played around with hand cannon in pve but it's useless. Only way I would use it is as special like let's say same as shotgun.
