New Eve is so fun. She is definitely a full step above useless now! Her jungle is fast and effective, her ganks are great, and she can counter jungle very well. She can be built into a bruiser and succeed quite easily. She has good CC and great mobility. She also has a much higher team fight presence and her skillcap is much higher as well. I'll definitely be trying to master her.
