As for awoken being evil. No. Not all of them are. Are the awoken from the reef evil? Maybe. We dont know yet. Yes the queen of the reef is the awoken queen. The asshole. Has been featured in many trailers if u look closely. It is unkown his motives but he is clearly part of our guardians story. There is a sect of the fallen allied to the queen of the reef. We dont know how many or any details about this.

There are several houses among the Fallen, they are not a united group. Perhaps one of the Houses have allied themselves with the Queen of the Reef.

There are Awoken, earthborn or otherwise, that dwell in the Last City, and they are on our side. The Awoken in the Reef are a different story. They're neutral, indifferent, perhaps even unconcerned about anything but themselves. Yes. She is the Queen of the Reef. Maybe. I could be mixing that up with name of someone who gives out bounties in the Reef. Vague. Which one? Due to thw different noble houses. Not all fallen are evil.
