There's more to gaming than simple introvert or extrovert breakdown. Besides, the introvert and extrovert deal more with internalization and externalization of thoughts and feelings during interaction than with being solitary or in a group. That was what was surprising to me. Most of those introverted responses were simply reporting their results with no explanation, which didn't really surprise me. I'm willing to think that "trolls" in the forums are of the ESFP (not saying all ESFP's are trolls) type because of their desire to be the center of attention (E), their seemingly unplanned confrontational attacks and remarks (S and F), and their narrow view of the topic being discussed and lack of acceptance of differing opinions (P). That is what I meant be it would be interesting to see what everyone on this site scores.
On a side note, I tend to mute trolls because I get tired of that sort of behavior. I've only muted a few people, and have noticed that the posts I read have much better content and less confrontation now. I wonder if there is a correlation between troll personality types and their relative proportionality to their personality type in the population as a whole. All in all, this is an interesting concept to talk about.
