Split screen is terrible
I don't know why people are complaining about the lack of split screen. The days of FPS split screen are coming to an end and for good reason. What you see (or can't see) impacts your game experience.
Split screen...
- cuts you viewable area in half (or fourths)
- distorts the screen ratio
- decreases screen resolution
- decreases frame rate
People should not be upset that their experience is being protected.

5 RepliesThat was some really stupid logic... First, if you don't have a reason to play split-screen you don't have to, it's not going to affect you. Second, people living in the same household shouldn't have to pay several hundred dollars just to be able to play a game together. Third, if Bungie adds split screen, they'll have more people playing their game, and only idiots who shouldn't even play in the first place would give up on playing because of something that doesn't affect them.
