For breakfast. Oatmeal, old fadhion oats. Then use almond butter to mix in. Add milk and blueberrys. Snack. Hard boiled eggs. Lunch. Tuna with mayo. Add a little bbq sauce. Snack. Fruits. Dinner. Chicken breasts. Plus veggies. Desert. Craft beer.
