200,000 people play CoD on console,
Divided across 4 consoles.
over 100,000 play BF4 on console.
See above.
CoD is lucky to have over 5,000 on PC,
Maybe because PC has better shooters to play? CoD is more often than not a terrible, unoptimized port.
40,000 for battlefield on PC.
It's still the leading platform. 100,000/4 = 25k. So if you want to take that simple math as averages the PC comes out as the dominant platform based on sales.
but the community is a lot smaller.
Which is a bad thing?
Yeah, unless you run SLI, your graphics are going to be very similar to PS4.
Damn, you really know nothing about PCs. My crappy Radeon 7870 runs BF4 better than the PS4 all the while playing in native 1080p.
You know watchdogs? Had the same exact graphics as the PS4.
Even as terrible and unoptimized as that game was on the PC the PS4 version was still behind the PC version.
Text chat is fine, but voice chat is faster more precise. Sorry I don't like to type what I want to say while I'm supposed to be playing the game.
And in just about every modern competitive multiplayer game, if you hold down the ctrl or alt key it enables voice speech which works perfectly fine. But if you'd like better alternatives you have them at your disposal.
if you are willing to pay for it
Skype is free and Ventrilo/TeamSpeak are dirt cheap. Which those 50-60$ you save from not having to pay for internet twice allows you to rent a server easily.
PC Specs: i7 4770 4 core GTX 780 (So yes I do know what good graphics look like) 12 Gb ram 700w PSU
This is where I know that is a bullshit PC build: -Sticks of RAM do not come in 6GB varieties. They come in 2 or 4. So that means you're running 3x4GB RAM in your computer and that actually hinders your performance when you're not equalizing it across all the RAM ports. You either use 2 ports or 4, not 3. -A single GTX 780 card takes up 600w of power. Your 700w PSU is unable to sustain that CPU with SLI'd GTX 780s. Seriously, your pathetic.
