As some one who owns a gaming PC, Pc games dominate in Single player, and Real Time strategy games. First person shooters severely lack in PC gaming, So you may have slightly (And I mean slightly) better graphics than Xbox One/PS4, The biggest problem with PC gaming is the inherent lack of in-game voice chat. Titanfall sounds like you are speaking through a fan 10 feet away. Yes you can have team Speak or other programs, but that sucks the life out of the game and is harder to get new people in than a party system.
So you may have slightly (And I mean slightly) better graphics than Xbox One/PS4,
Another way I know you don't have a PC.
The biggest problem with PC gaming is the inherent lack of in-game voice chat.
That's not the PC's problem. That is on the behalf of crappy developers giving the PC lazy ports. You know what also helps with the lack of voice chat in some games. PC games have text chat systems!!!!!
Titanfall sounds like you are speaking through a fan 10 feet away
Once again lazy developers and people with terrible mics.
Yes you can have team Speak or other programs, but that sucks the life out of the game and is harder to get new people in than a party system.
So having the option to use superior audio communication programs is a bad thing?

  • 200,000 people play CoD on console, over 100,000 play BF4 on console. CoD is lucky to have over 5,000 on PC, and 40,000 for battlefield on PC. So again, you want to tell me it's better there? The game itself may be better, but the community is a lot smaller. Yeah, unless you run SLI, your graphics are going to be very similar to PS4. You know watchdogs? Had the same exact graphics as the PS4. I didn't say it was PC's problem, I said it was a problem for gaming on PC. Text chat is fine, but voice chat is faster more precise. Sorry I don't like to type what I want to say while I'm supposed to be playing the game. PC does have better audio communication, if you are willing to pay for it, and go through the hassle of meeting up before. PC Specs: i7 4770 4 core GTX 780 (So yes I do know what good graphics look like) 12 Gb ram 700w PSU

  •
200,000 people play CoD on console,
Divided across 4 consoles.
over 100,000 play BF4 on console.
See above.
CoD is lucky to have over 5,000 on PC,
Maybe because PC has better shooters to play? CoD is more often than not a terrible, unoptimized port.
40,000 for battlefield on PC.
It's still the leading platform. 100,000/4 = 25k. So if you want to take that simple math as averages the PC comes out as the dominant platform based on sales.
but the community is a lot smaller.
Which is a bad thing?
Yeah, unless you run SLI, your graphics are going to be very similar to PS4.
Damn, you really know nothing about PCs. My crappy Radeon 7870 runs BF4 better than the PS4 all the while playing in native 1080p.
You know watchdogs? Had the same exact graphics as the PS4.
Even as terrible and unoptimized as that game was on the PC the PS4 version was still behind the PC version.
Text chat is fine, but voice chat is faster more precise. Sorry I don't like to type what I want to say while I'm supposed to be playing the game.
And in just about every modern competitive multiplayer game, if you hold down the ctrl or alt key it enables voice speech which works perfectly fine. But if you'd like better alternatives you have them at your disposal.
if you are willing to pay for it
Skype is free and Ventrilo/TeamSpeak are dirt cheap. Which those 50-60$ you save from not having to pay for internet twice allows you to rent a server easily.
PC Specs: i7 4770 4 core GTX 780 (So yes I do know what good graphics look like) 12 Gb ram 700w PSU
This is where I know that is a bullshit PC build: -Sticks of RAM do not come in 6GB varieties. They come in 2 or 4. So that means you're running 3x4GB RAM in your computer and that actually hinders your performance when you're not equalizing it across all the RAM ports. You either use 2 ports or 4, not 3. -A single GTX 780 card takes up 600w of power. Your 700w PSU is unable to sustain that CPU with SLI'd GTX 780s. Seriously, your pathetic.

  • So yeah, your graphics card is Barely better than the Xbox One/PS4. So if you can run it on ultra, it can run it on Very High. Now if you told me it was better than Xbox 360/Ps3, I would have no problem telling you yeah, it runs the game on low to MAYBE medium (If you cut back other areas).

  • >Never said I could personally run it at ultra. I said PCs have the capability of running it on ultra settings with native 1080p. There is the part where I can also OC my card furthering that gap where the PS4 has to have 'cutbacks'. See here is the biggest thing about it. I can run my games in native 1920x1080. Something the 'next-gen' consoles can't do with regularity. Most the games are 1080p upscaled from 900p.

  • I never said I ran SLI. PC is only beating out Xbox 360. I was actually wrong, I gave PC too much credit. http://bf4stats.com/ Also, you sir are a certified idiot. You misread the label... GTX 780 Power consumption is 250w Recommended for your system is 600w Oh, I know, you can stop playing the game to push a button so people can here you? That's so awesome.

    >That Dell has a GT 720 with 1GB VRAM No wonder it 'barely' looks better than a PS4.
Also, you sir are a certified idiot. You misread the label... Better than hearing mouth breathers and background noise 24/7 on console.

  • Maybe you should take a look at manufacture specs next time. What Newegg listed was very vague. Glad you know how to fact check though :) Oh, and what do you know, you dropped the 12Gb Ram arguments...Are you missing a few brain cells? Maybe you need a better mic, because I rarely hear mouth breathers online. I do hear the occasional person who wont turn his music off, but that's why I can mute the person. And OMG, I guess I have no ability to upgrade my computer? i honestly truly believed that computer specs were locked in after you purchased. I didn't realize I could buy a GTX 780 down the road, upgrade the PSU (because the 400w PSU wouldn't suffice). I had no idea I could do that... Yeah, the video card it shipped with sucked. But the one I have now is pretty sweet.

  •
Minimum Recommended System Power (W): 600w.
Perhaps you should read the manufacture specs next time. Add the MB, GPU, CPU, HDD (SDD if you have one, doubt you do), optical drives, sound cards. You're either just scrapping by or your PSU is getting over worked.
Maybe you need a better mic
My mic has nothing to do with hearing other mouth breathers.
Yeah, the video card it shipped with sucked. But the one I have now is pretty sweet.
Keep telling yourself that when PC games 'barely' look better than PS4 games. Your words, not mine.
Oh, and what do you know, you dropped the 12Gb Ram arguments
No I didn't. You don't run 12GB RAM. It is an unnatural number that usually causes problems with motherboard/CPU integration. So maybe that is why your PC looks like crap.

  • If 600w is recommened, and I have 700w Considering most components take about 10w, and CPU (2nd most power draining item) takes 150w I must admit, not only do you not know what you are talking about, you don't even know how to research before you talk. Dude, I provided a link of my computer I bought. It has 12 gb Ram, don't want to accept that, I don't care, can't fix stupid. If my computer looks like crap, yours must be pitiful. My GTX 780 can run Crysis 3 maxed out at about 60 FPS, while your 7870 2Gb GPU can barely peak over 30 FPS http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2013/05/23/geforce-gtx-780-review/5 And for Xbox One looking slighly worse than PC http://www.ign.com/wikis/titanfall/Titanfall_Graphics_Comparison Yes, it doesn't look as nice, but if you tell me that the Xbox One is low-medium quality, than please elaborate what the 360 version looks like (That I will gladly say looks like Low graphics) But hey, you can't blame the 360 version, it was just a crappy port by lazy developers.
