Not have Mics? Considering the system comes with one, I am sure that is false. And just because they don't have their Mic on in-game doesn't mean they don't have one. Party Chat is a thing. As for the rest of your points, Troll is a troll, and non of this is fact.

If playstation would make an icon that told me they are in party chat then I wouldn't have to make these assumptions. In TLOU there is a mode with no parties, so they can't be in party chat unless they are ALL doing it while in different games. As stated, only about 15% ever have a mic on, even though one is included. I highly doubt they all own cats/dogs and those said animals ate it. These are facts from experience, not opinions.
