I read a few weeks back that it's coming in March. The only reason PC was held back was due to making sure that the console launches would be OK. If there are any problems then it will probably push back PC launch date. Bungie said they wanted to concentrate on the console launches and not have to worry about the PC (as that will probably be the most problematic of the five platforms due to the variable hardware configurations). Makes sense to me.
