I have not seen him yet. So i dont know. Theres quite a few places he could appear. I would keep an eye on Datto on youtube for location/ guide kind of info. However. The info that is known about him here http://destinynews.net/xur-agent-nine/ Xûr, Agent of the Nine is an ally that can only be described as a black market figure, selling extremely rare and useful items. One of the items he sells requires a “Black Market Coupon.” As we can see from many of the Exotic quality pieces of equipment, it seems that Xûr plays an important role in acquiring these items. He sells many Exotic weapons and armor for Strange Coin. There’s more interesting items that he has access to as well: A Mournful Gun Pristine Golden Age Ammunition Module Auto Rifle Telemetry Darkness-infused weapon frame Emerald Coil Glimmer Helium Filaments “This vendor is not always available, below is a schedule of upcoming dates & times when you can find Agent of the Nine in-game.” Obviously we’ll only have access to him starting in September. Though not much is known about Xûr, he will clearly be an instrumental part of our 20+ experience. There is a Grimoire card for this individual as well, in the “Tower Allies” deck.
