But that's just what a game is. It's a story created by the developers that you play and experience for yourself. What you're asking for isn't a game. It's a simulation. It wouldn't be interesting at all unless it had some base story to it that you can follow. It would be pretty muck like playing free roam in AC or Prototype and not having any missions. You would have no true objectives, thus no true rewards in that game. And to make objectives for the game, you would have to either implement story, or make small meaningless tasks such as taking the garbage out or something. I would much rather take the story over jumping onto a game just to eat some spaghetti and take out the trash. And flying to other planets/galaxies? How could you possibly find long-term entertainment out of flying to Saturn or Glise 581g with no type of story line? It would just be like playing skyrim and having all questlines finished, and just traveling between cities. Boring. But, if you're asking FOR there to be some story invoked, but allow you to have a s*** ton of freedom with it, 1 mission alone would be a tremendous load to try and make. Because the developers would have to take into effect every single possible action you could do to complete that mission, along with every single result to every single action you complete, and that's not counting other miscellaneous actions you'll probably do within the mission itself, or out of the mission. And you're also asking to be able to make a gun company, or a giant group, or etc.? Wow. This game would be never-ending with what you're asking to be out into it. Now that I'm thinking about it, id be surprised if this game was finished and released within a 20 year window. What you're asking for in a game is almost impossible, as nobody in the entire world probably has the amount of patience and work it would take to make a game like this. But you say you'll make it? Have fun with that, sport.

Closest I can think of is the X series, a great deal of freedom in it. Just no first person stuff, but your actions affect the galaxy. Super in-depth gameplay.

i want to be able to actually control my character in first person. so it would be star citizent + mass effect story stuff + no mans sky + the freedom to do whatever you want + survival games + eve online + co-op.

In life I can't travel the stars. Or take over planets. Or have hover cars. Etc. I'm the only person that wants this. I'm tired of playing games in other people stories and not having my character be able to not go.down there story line. Just create my own path. Maybe I should make this game. Since ill be the only one playing it.

No.man's sky looks geat. But lacks a way to interact with characters. Have kids so my character can't take over galaxies etc. I cant start my own company. No hover cars or cities. Etc. No mans sky is a survival exploration game. Not my dream super rpg game i want a game where my character matters to the world and isnt tied down to the developers stories. i want to go out in space with my own beginning middle and end. but have other players interact with my story and so on. i want to be able to start a family and protect them. or go out and work for companies. or make my own company that makes guns etc i want to be able to do what i want. i want to drive space ships and cars, land in docking bays. i want to be able to drive hover cars around the cities, go into street races, or just go out and fight crime. i want so much, i want my character to sleep, eat and be able to do things more then just shoot people or be a bad ass assassin. i want to be able to have my story effect the world,i want to be able to take over planets, command armies of people both players and AI. to take over galaxies to create my own technology with in the world. to make my own robots etc. maybe I'm crazy and am the only one that wants this. but all i want is a game where i can do what i want and it matters. become who i want and just craft my own story not just through my actions but the players that come long with me. i want to have a beginning a middle and a end. i want the end to end bc i went down that path. ether i have become a war lord or an hungry business man. either i die at the end or keep going. or be a man out for revenge looking for the player that killed my family. wanting him to be my main enemy. maybe i'm crazy but this is what i want
