Where was Osiris faction in the beta!?! It was the one I was pumped for and they weren't there!

Neither Osiris or Seven Seraphs were in the beta.

Osiris is now a reclusive old man who challenges all who are worthy. Once you get to level 20 you are invited to the Trials of Osiris playlist. The Trials offer exclusive bounties and 3v3 matches that consist of only experienced players. "The Fate or all Fools" Scout Rifle is one Osiris reward.
