Yes!! This is what the majority wants and would make this game soo much better. It's silly this wasn't included. People who are against it clearly don't know what a mute button is. Also they could make it option that you have to turn ON so that those against don't have to waste their finger stamina, sheesh!

I'm glad I'm not the only person who is thinking about this. I have no idea why this has not already been implemented, come to think of it I have been having general problems with communication throughout the beta..... anybody else having this problem as well? I have to leave the SNAP up for my party just to have voice communication ...

They should have it so two individuals can enable chat between each other in world, but not general chat or proximity chat which could get annoying. I prefer non-verbal communication.
